Upon check-in, the rooms were great with super comfortable beds, although mine wasn't ready. The hotel is conveniently facing Lake Michigan, offering a scenic view. Upon early check-in at 2 pm, my adult daughter and I had a room that overlooked the lake and was very comfortable. The furniture, window treatments, and doors added to the cozy ambiance. The hotel staff spoke in an unusual manner but were quick to offer apologies and assistance. The location required changing elevators, which wasn't inviting, but the hotel's ideal position and room size were ideal for my work trip to Chicago. The dining experience included a slight delay in room service, but the bread toasts were satisfying. Overall, a mixed experience with highlights and areas for improvement.

I was blown away by the stunning views of the city from our room on the higher floors, it really made our stay special. The room was so swanky, I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. However, considering the price, I expected nothing less. Overall, the rooms are stunning.

The rooms were spacious and filled with light, and I was welcomed with a bottle of chilled prosecco, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a lovely card, making me feel special right away.
